Or was it Democrats, without the Republicans and Conservatives and Bush and Cheney?

It is a marvel how Conservatives are constitutionally unable to accept responsiblilty for their behavior. That's to be expected from some criminals, all sociopaths.

If my children had been that irresponsible I would be profoundly disappointed. As adults they are aware of cause and effect. It empowers them.

It is not an attractive attribute in adults. If it's not "Saddam made me do it", it is "I didn't do it".

And yet it got done.
