But it is NOT the business of the government to actively prevent the sale and use of drugs for the "good of the people".

75% of all prisoners in the USA are in the slammer for minor (IMHO) non-violent drug offenses. I propose to kick them the Hell out of jail to make room for the people who actually SHOULD be there:

Robbers
Rapists
Murderers
Scammers
Businesscrooks
Politicians
