Maybe Tom Will Finally Get It

This is a more general form of my complaint against over payed CEO's. It helps explain how they conned their way into undeserved pay packages without adding much of value to the economy. Much better than my occasionally snarky comments on CEOs. I agree with you completely on what truly creates value with the caveat that productivity is also a key ingrediant that seems to have taken a back seat to financial manipulation.
