Before you answer, how do you ignore the people who say the surge has failed, that the political problems for which the surge was supposed to buy time haven't been resolved?

What will happen when the $30 million per month being paid to the Sunni's to keep them from civil war is no longer paid? How long can a US payment of $30 million per month for peace continue?

Saddam gave up WMDs. What evidence do you have which says he wanted any more? Do you think the US would have sold him more of them, getting around the problem of making them?

Do you really want to stand by your post? It seems to fly in the face of facts.
