The Democratic leadership isn't stupid. They know their ideas and philosophy doesn't work. They want the GOP to sign off so they're not holding the bag next election. They want to be able to spread the blame around. If they don't have any partners in crime, then the economic problems they're causing will be squarely on their shoulders in 2010 and 2012. By opposing this madness the GOP is setting themselves up for a major victory in the 2010 eletions. The Dems know this and it's scaring them.

Everytime Obama opens his mouth, the stock market falls hundreds of points. This economic bump would already be a thing of the past if not for the Dems pushing hard for an economic collapse. They're always talking about how the American way of life isn't sustainable on a global scale. It's their plan to eliminate the American way of life, and replace it with the Nigerian way of life.
