I don't think that's true right now.
Except in the cases where conservative ideology meshes with the over-riding need to trash Obama and any Democrat (as loudly/frequently/persistently as can productively be done - and then some more). They have no problem trashing tax cuts, if they are supported by Obama, for example.
Heck, Chamber of Commerce and a lot of big business will tell you that we desperately need stimulus now, and it is worth going into debt for. Yet you will only hear from Republicans how bad and wrong everything that comes from congress and the president's desk is.
