You forgot the last one.
Those who possess none of the above but "think" the right way. (i.e. care about the planet, obsess over race equality, bleed for the downtrodden, hate-the rich, boo capitalism and cheer socialism, etc.)
This last form of elitism is doled out by the leftist parties all over the world so that the unskilled, land-poor, indistinguished, ignoble and uneducated can feel elite too and will elect them without more than a single neuron being fired before they pull the lever in the booth.
And what's more this form of elitism is told to trump all the rest.
