The whole "you want Obama to fail" bit is an idiotic red herring designed to deflect discussion of what he's doing, why he's doing it, and whether or not it will make things worse. It puts you on the defensive by painting you as an unreasonable "bad" person.

You don't support Obama's policies, but you hope this time--just once--massive deficit spending, higher taxes on everyone, and other socialist ideas will result in a robust healthy economy. Do you accept that premise, too?

Their premise is of course you can use dynamite to unstick a drawer, and if you don't agree, you must be a rotten person who wants the drawer to stay stuck.
