I'm sure these leading Democrats have been working overtime to get their version of this story into the histories. But it won't hold up.

The news story said that according to "multiple U.S. officials," there were about 30 such briefings. Not one. Thirty.

Democratic leaders, as they often do, are counting on the eagerness of their supporters to wipe away reality in order to maintain their worldview.
