Hmm, so humans and dinos would have to coincide to this day given that there had not been a 'dino extinction'. There would go our yearnings for space travel and probably a host of other things such as land, etc...

I have no doubt that humans and dinosaurs would be co-inhabiting the Earth today be it not for the Chiczulub event and the KT boundary evidence is overwhelming.
