That is not an exact quote. Nobody actually SAID that. It was a madeup quote designed to compress an attitude into a statement.
It's as if a politician expressed unconcern about a serious issue, and the headline said, "What, me worry?" Now, the politician never actually SAID "What, me worry?" but the attitude is clear, and most people would realize the intent.
If you insist, the proper heading of the post should have been:
