But good grief, do you think Obama is going to be building the first new schools and hospitals in Afghanistan?
I used to post links to sites like this a long time ago, but gave up when I realized nobody really wanted to hear it. Still, the information is there. The "new hearts and minds strategy" isn't all that new.
The information on that site is at least a couple of years old, and a lot of aid has gone over there since then.
