Freedom should mean the right to do any damn thing you please, as long as you don't infringe on the rights of others.
Like it or not, we're going to have some form of national health care. If you choose to eat trans-fat and contract heart disease, you are needlessly consuming limited public resources. You're adding to the cost of the health care system- you are wasting my tax $.
