There was a right wing radio nut on cnn the other night who said "...how can we condemn Bush and Cheney for pouring perrier on a terrorist when Obama order three pirates shot in the head?"
This is the example of the kind of bullshit these guys throw out to the public to get eaten up by the ignorant. The guys Obama ordered shot were criminals who HAD GUNS and were holding and threatening to kill an American hostage! They were not unarmed prisoners in our custody.
As for getting sick of it, this is a small board but you're right it does reflect the mix of ideas in society fairly well, although not entirely. I'm sure there are a lot of lurkers but you're never going to touch a million people posting here. You may touch that one person though who will go on and touch a million.
