It's the Libs who are making this a racial issue. Oppose this nomination "at your peril", voting against her will cost you the Hispanic vote, etc, etc, etc. Your party is the one who's linking her confirmation to race and ethnicity. I have yet to hear a single Republican who objects to her because of her being Hispanic, but plenty of Dems who support her for no other reason than she is.
