Anything he gets he'll have to ram through. The Conservatives will not cooperate on anything, preferring ideology over country and citizens.

However, Obama will ram through a watered down version of something.

There will be a very expensive drug lobby, among others. We will see a lot of TV ads by "Americans for Better Health Care for Everyone" which tout high drug prices for Americans.

And we'll hear horror stories about Great Britain and Canada. Never mind the horror stories of the 45 million Americans without health insurance. They'd love a wait for surgery.

Bottom line is that if the government is inefficient and wasteful in providing health care to those 45 million folks, how well is private industry doing? (Talk about inefficient!)
