I once had the trippy experience of watching G. Gordon Liddy and Dr Timothy Leary on their joint lecture/debate tour when it came to my old school. It was actually quite entertaining, although I think it would have been even better if they could have added Spiro Agnew and Baba Ram Dass to the program. At the reception afterward, I got a chance to watch the two of them chatting while having coffee and a pastry. They seemed to be great friends.
