Sorta... kinda like "Mission Accomplished" maybe?
They didn't see the high unemployment rates coming as HUGE comapanies folded and many businesses went bankrupt. Money that WENT to the banks didn't seem to help the little guys but instead paid for some pretty big bonuses and the banks won't even let you look at their ledger sheets.
We're only into 4 months of this 20 month plan; let's not go getting all misty eyed yet.
