The Bush admin ignored it just like they ignored everything else: Health Care, energy independence, social security solvency, diplomacy, global warming, the growing mess in AfPak... The list goes on. It was an example of negligent leadership.
Ignored? If you actually believe that, I don't even know where to start. Whatever you might have thought of the solutions, these problems weren't "ignored." Go back and look at Social Security for just one example.
Any Democratic idiot politician can try to "solve" America's problems by assuming they can simply raise taxes and spending to infinity. It isn't going to work.
