Prop 65 is past mine
I'll happily concede the point on the prop 65 labels -- useless and stupid.
My own nanny state threshold is fairly low, actually. I'll grant that you have a point on the Obama Admin here; I'm not thrilled to see them moving that way either.
And I much prefer regulations be done through market means. If you must do something, put a tax on my low-efficiency light bulbs or my potato chips, don't just take away the option.
