An ex-CIA, OBL expert on a supposedly serious news network. And they are talking about reality as if it was a '24' season plot.

How much separation is there between "the only thing that will save us is if the bad guys kill a bunch of us" and "it is our patriotic duty to stage a false attack on America and blame it on the bad guys"?
