There are many out there who think exactly like that.
But they're usually not stupid enough to admit it out loud. But listen between the lines to their rants and you can hear it, loud and clear. You can even hear it on this board.
I think a collective sigh of relief emerged from many on the right when Obama was elected because they felt the inevitable terrorist and economic disasters they expected would now not fall on their watch. They misjudged the economic part, obviously, although now they are hoping that gets worse while a Democrat is in power.
