So, you violate every shred of human decency, invade a relatively harmless country, kill, maim and torture it's citizens, spend $2 trillion dollars while your at it, kill upwards of a hundred thousand people, including 4,500 of your own citizens and displace 5 million more of the locals. You leave the country a complete shambles, the despotism of the former ruler matched by your own cruelty.
After lying about the danger of the country, after giving up on bring "democracy" to the region, you install a strongman who is simply waiting for your people to pull out in order to complete the ethnic cleansing already started and to engage in a civil war.
And it's not over after 6 years of fighting. Iraqi police and troops haven't been adequately trained in those 6 years.
Tell me how it's been "won".
