The man has no clue what he's doing.
Obama's adoring fans elected someone with almost no experience, no fixed principles, and who spent his entire life steeped in Chicago far-left politics. They did it largely by shutting off the front end of their brains and wallowing in fluffy emotions and hero-worship.
So now they've got someone who's all over the map, inconsistent, seems to make decisions largely by absorbing the views of whoever he's talked to last, and knows nothing about economics--which has become obvious.
