If an Ocean is needed, and not a large moon, to help drive plate tectonics, that is good news for Earth-like planets out there.

The article I am referring to is in the March 1996 issue of Astronomy magazine. Iâ€™ll have to dig around and see if I still have that issue. A few years ago I had to chunk 95% of my 1979-1998 Astronomy Magazine collection, because mice had ruined them in the attic of my old house.
