Due to a shortage of space, I once spent 3 months in a cubicle on the executive floor of a BIG company. I could not help but overhear them. ALL they ever talked about were sports and sex. I never heard them discuss business at all. It was like a big cocktail party, only without the drinks. By the way, that company went belly up, and I don't need to guess why. Nobody was minding the store. I suspect that they were also raiding the treasury, but I never heard of any criminal charges.
