Nuclear fusion is not technologically feasible for space propulsion

No steady-state fusion reactor exists, and there is no expectation there ever will be, except in the minds of a few.

Fusion bombs may be unsuitable for nuclear pulse propulsion because their yields are far too large. The smaller the better for that application.

And besides, the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty currently forbids the use of nuclear weapons for space propulsion.
