The reality is that the businesscrooks who run our
corporations have absconded with hundreds of billions of dollars and have tanked the World economy in the process. The bankers who knowingly sold worthless mortgages on the secondary market received vast quantities of money in bonuses for ruining the country.
Clearly, SOMETHING must be done. Limiting compensation might remove some of the temptation to enter into deals that create economic risk for the entire country.
