after decades of pious, holier-than-thou patriotism and sanctimonious flag waving its the Right that's being successfully targeted and manipulated by Russian propagandists and spymasters who are doing everything possible to keep the Conservatives in power.

And the supreme irony is that the wingnuts are the only ones who haven't figured it out yet. The whole world knows they're being conned and they refuse to see it. (Or they simply refuse to admit it.)

There hasn't been a counter-intelligence flim-flam like this pulled off since Lenin put together Operation Trust.
