Did you ever honestly feel you had been shut out?
I'm an old white guy too, Rob, and I never felt that I lacked a voice. No one's trying to "replace us." We're just being asked to share power, and to listen to other voices. And in response to those simple requests, the white reaction has been utterly shameful.
