Not my favorite movie, but fun, especially seeing the film locations all over town and how they have changed over time. NCAR the institute is still there of course, and they have an excellent demonstration museum. One of the clips in the report on the Marshall Fire was filmed from there. An amazing view. Attended a wedding at the McDonalds in the flick (it's a church!). I know the person who owns the house where the orgasmatron was located and have been in it several times. Never saw the machine - they must have it hidden - rats! But it is as cool inside as it appears from the outside in that few second clip. It too has an amazing view.
Sorry they ruined it for Mme. Reclus, and you. Was never a fan of MST3000, myself.
