Delbert this is FrankC. I am logged in as a test user to make sure I see what you are supposed to see.
What browser are you using? IE 7 is the old IE browser. Are you using an older version or are you using Firefox or something else? If you are using IE what version is it?
What color is your screen and your text? It should be a black screen and white text if you are in the default theme.
Your problem is a new one on me. If you are using IE 6 or earlier, your browser is over 5 years old and you may need to upgrade for this site and many others
