I suspect that could be done. I am registered on a online game site with a huge membership and people have been known to do exactly that. The dual membership gives them an unfair advantage and they are kicked off if they are caught. The point being that in spite of the efforts of a large admin staff it happens.
In the end the old adage applies that locks are to keep out honest people, and the dishonest will always find a way to beat the system. Our community is not a game, and such an offense gives no unfair advantage. It is only a refuge for the deceitful and dishonorable to have multiple memberships.
For someone to reappear here with a single new and unknown name would be somewhat dishonorable but might be intended to get a fresh start free of previous animosity. Bottom line there is, if it works and they can live with it, so be it.
I don't see it as a big problem in our relatively small community, but I have always been a trusting soul who lashes out excessively when proven wrong. :)
