George F. Smoot, III, Nobel prize winning physicist, is definitely Smarter Than a Fifth Grader and got to say so tonight on that Fox show. He came to the million dollar question, In What State is Acadia National Park?, and was going back and forth between California and Maine and I'm sitting there saying, Maine! Maine! go for Maine! and he is leaning toward California but finally locked in Maine. Wheeeeee! He is only one of two people now to win the Million on the show.

He seems like a super nice guy and very deserving. He gave away the money from his Nobel Prize (but I didn't hear where it went) so this is wonderful for him! He says he's opening a Lube Shop in Las Vegas but I'm not sure if he was joking or not.

I love that damn show. I'd be a millionaire several times over if I had been on it.
