The last Shuttle flight in September. 2100; what about the AM detector?

There is a completed cosmic-antimatter-detector
sitting in some facility, gathering cobwebs I imagine.
It was supposed to be rocketed to the ISS by one
of the last Space Shuttle missions.

But the last Space Shuttle crew and mission
have been made public; the mission lauch is set for September, 2010.

But there's no cosmic-antimatter-detector on the manifest?
What's going on?
