You'll be lucky if you get it back at all. If they write IOU's, eventually, they'll be equivalent to Confederate Dollars.

This one will be an ouchy to all Californian taxpayers. I think this constitutes Taxation without Representation, doesn't it? Want to have a Tea Party?
