Absolutely, it's "terrorism". It does not matter if the deviant did it here or there, it was done.
It doesn't matter if it was against our military or against our civilians. He got it done.

Yes, it was murder and it was terrorism. To add on to all of those, ultimately, that man was also looking for a way out... suicide. He could not commit to a great many things so suicide was also on the agenda or it was an easy way out, so he did the next thing. Adding everything up, he thought it up and he got it done.
I'm sorry, but that's my best theory.
