I'm sorry, but what T.B.'s talking about has nothing to do with China, but with American start-up corps. and I've seen the same where I live. There are several malls that were built, yet no "star-up" businesses coming in and the few that did have failed.
So, where's Buck and his bucks?
More importantly, where's America and American standards for Americans?
