Actually sedition is not a crime. As Gothgirl mentions Rush's comments are protected by the first amendment. The problem is this asshole has a huge audience who only understand their own paranoid delusions and don't comprehend that if the military did try to arrest Obama it would amount to treason, which IS a crime.
