first, the "threats" on both sides, were rhetorical in nature, exaggerations and hyperbole in bad taste, but probably protected as free speech.

secondly, the comments from the website you linked to were all about alleged death threats, limbaugh's remarks were about overthrowing the government, a non-trivial distinction. even if taken seriously, the first is merely a felony, the second is treason.

and third, you certainly can't give equal weight to some tee shirts worn by street demonstrators and a broadcast message by america's leading conservative intellectual.

this is real apples and oranges stuff, it seems to me you're just going through the motions any more.
