i really don't know if this is just for show or for real, but if it isn't just pap for public consumption, it could be the first step in breaking the stranglehold business has on government. next step, dismantle the campaign contribution racket.
if legislators want to know how to vote on a bill, or whether or not to support a policy, let them find out from someone other than the business or industry that profits from servicing that activity.
