Many thousands of regular Americans have gotten together this year to demonstrate against the outrageous growth of government size and power. We are looking at such power grabs on several fronts, using "climate" and "health care" as excuses.
The ones shouting down Congressmen in forums have been a tiny fraction of this group, but of course, they get the press. Pretty soon the entire discussion is about them, or a few people seen carrying legal guns.
The sneering and obscene references to these Americans by the media and others are not going unnoticed. Neither are a lot of other things. 2010 will be an interesting year.
