the trouble is, you can't always tell someone is hispanic just by looking at them. if they, or one of their ancestors, married a male anglo, they'll have a "majority" white name, like lansky or luciano. and they even tend to forget how to speak spanish after a few generations.
it'll be just like us and our quebecois, eh?
