Electricity, like all other forms of power, aren't to be shared and squandered on the masses. Only the enlightened leadership caste is suppose to enjoy such luxuries as electricity, air travel, large automobiles, and the like. To people like Pelosi, 90% of Humanity shouldn't even exist.
