Interesting series repeated on the Science Channel this week (sorry, too late if you missed it 😞 )

Some fascinating and surprising ideas on colonizing Venus, Mercury, Mars, Calisto, Titan and, exoplanets. with one hour devoted to each.

I always wonder why in programs like this they fail to carry ideas from one segment to another, for instance, they suggested the use of Mechanical Counter Pressure space suits on Callisto but ignored the possibility o0f using them on Mars where they would seemingly be even more suitable.

In the segment on instellar travel they settled on solar sails and ignored vasimr which they proposed for Jupiter moons. Both would be problematic for interstellar travel but it seems to me vasimr would be less so.

If you ever get a chance to watch the series, it is worth your time imo.
