Sure Obama said it would be on CSPAN, but for gawd's sake this whole issue has been vetted in the public arena more than any issue in memory. The final negotiations now are no secret. Everyone knows the final issues that need to be reconciled. And it's pretty clear where it will end up at this point now too.
