The short answer is because it wasn't news, and because most of the information there still backed the view of ACORN as a bunch of crooks. I quoted the Brown report on purpose.

It takes a very simple mind to believe that this is all about the pimp costume. Do dimbulbs like Maddow really think they can whitewash several incidents in several states by waving this around?
