If there's a pattern, it's prosecuting officials who really didn't want to prosecute ACORN. Again, the unedited transcripts have been out for months.
Just as an aside, if you read Brown's report (bottom of page 12), you'll note that the ACORN employee says O'Keefe looks like Princess Diana. Does that sound like he's wearing a business suit to you?
