You can justify every form of state control by declaring that everything everybody does affects other people. Unless you live in a cave in Tibet, what activity can you think of that doesn't fall into that category in some way or other?
One of the main reasons totalitarians find nationalized health care so attractive is that they can use that argument to justify more controls on everything we do that might possibly affect our own health. Once you're state property, the state makes the rules.
