Frozen stuff was handled in a completely different town. My dad was a scientist on their staff, dealing with things like water quality, pollution issues, and whatever they threw at him. I got to hear when they were pioneering "flash freezing" that allowed them to actually freeze things like corn on the cob.
Current favorites in our house include Green Giant green beans with almonds. Comes in a little steam package that microwaves. If a green bean isn't squeaky and crunchy when you eat it, it's overcooked. Less healthy favorite: Niblets in butter sauce.
